Organizations around the country are embarking on racial equity culture change journeys. Leaders are grappling with issues of belonging, equity, inclusion and diversity in the workplace and in society at large. In this session we will offer a framework for ways that financial professionals can support their institutions to become more inclusive and equitable. This session is for CFOs and other organizational leaders with supervisory responsibilities.
